HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DENIM?
To care for your denim, avoid washing frequently and let denim fade naturally. Color may bleed after it's first wash, so use cold water and hand-wash only. To dry, line dry in shade to preserve it's color. If needed, iron on medium heat — light steam ok. Please do not iron quilted areas, do not machine wash, and do not bleach.
ARE THESE DESIGNS FOR MEN OR WOMEN?
The Artesia Denim set was originally designed as a womenswear set, so sizing may differ for men on this first drop. We recommend to size up. Please refer to our sizing video here, or email hello@ysabelhilado.com for any questions or concerns.WHERE ARE YOUR DESIGNS MADE?

CUSTOM DESIGNS + STYLIST PULLS
ARE YOU TAKING CUSTOM DESIGN INQUIRIES?
Custom orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis, contingent upon Ysabel's availability.
WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
Ysabel specializes in contemporary, ready-to-wear designs (tops, bottoms, outerwear, and select accessories) and upcycling existing garments.
Custom eveningwear requests, such as wedding dresses and tailored suits, will only be considered for upcycling projects such as turning a dress into a two-piece set, cropping a blazer and trousers, etc.
WHAT IS THE CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?
1. In your email, please include where you're located, details about the design you're looking to achieve, your sizes, the desired date of completion, and your budget. The more details, the better!
2. Include any links, inspiration pictures, or a mood board. Note: Ysabel will not accept project requests that directly copy an existing design from designers or brands.
3. If your request is accepted, Ysabel will pull from your references and send over design options to choose from.
4. Depending on your location and situation, multiple fittings may be coordinated, depending on the complexity of the design. Each meeting can range from 15 minutes to one hour.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?
3-6+ months in advance is standard for large custom design inquiries. For smaller designs, a 1-2 months' notice is preferred.
For designs to be completed in a shorter time frame than a month, please email hello@ysabelhilado.com with subject line "RUSH CUSTOM" or DM @hiladoofficial with your situation. Rush order rates will apply.
DO YOU TAKE ALTERATIONS?
At this time, only upcycles will be considered. Please support your local alterations shop or seamstresses!
