Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times will vary between 7-14 business days contingent on destination and customs processing.

If you do not see your country listed, contact us for assistance.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are valid after 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product should not be worn, washed, modified, or damaged.
• Original tags must be attached to the product.
• Packaging must be intact.

Please email hello@ysabelhilado.com stating your reason for return and we will respond to your request within 1-3 business days.

Once approved, a shipping label will be provided within the next business day. Pack your item and place the label on the box.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For exchanges, please contact us at hello@ysabelhilado.com with your order number along with the item and size you’d like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The shipping cost for international returns/exchanges is at the customer’s expense.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes. Please check your country’s regulations before purchasing.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or non-collection, customer is responsible for return costs. A payment link will be sent before the item is reshipped.
