Laced Up Side Slits
I've been sewing and designing A LOT lately, and I have a couple projects I've been wanting to share!
The first project is this top you can wear two ways, either tied into a knot in the front or down as a tank dress.
My favorite part of this top is the lace up side slits, as well as the lightweight knit I have used. This top only took a few hours to make, and so I basically wore it the same day I made it as well.
The main focal point of this top is definitely the eyelets. I got really inspired by the eyelet trend that has been going on recently, and decided to do my own take on it. By putting it on the sides and lacing it up, it's like a little surprise instead of just simple side slits.
Also on trend are long tanks or tee shirts, so I've been meaning to make one with my own twist to it as well. I love how the sides give it such a simple yet edgy demeanor to the whole look of the top.
